WWI Cemeteries on Foreign Soil

The Battle Monuments Commission operates 24 American Cemeteries on foreign soil, containing the remains of 124,909 war dead. Of those, 30, 921 are those who died in WWI. Though they gave their lives for their country, many have long since been forgotten. To honor them, I hope to list a few at a time, for as long as I can keep it up. I hope a few people will read some of the names, and for that moment, that soldier or sailor, or marine, will be remembered.

I will begin with:

Aisne-Marne American Cemetery
