Written by a soldier at Camp Sheridan, in January 1919. From the letter……The 209th Engineers is no more. The boys are leaving this P.M. for their respective home camps. We are sure a happy bunch. I said good-by to Mr. and Mrs. Smith last night. We have everything turned in and are ready……..I am going to Camp Devens, but I don’t know exactly when I will get home. Just expect me any time in 2 weeks…….
